Our Services
Free Consultation
Contact us for a free 20–30 minute consultation to discuss your child’s needs, ask questions, and see if Guide and Grow is the right fit for your family.
Evaluations
Following the consultation, a speech and language or feeding evaluation will be scheduled to gain a deeper understanding of your child’s strengths and areas of need. A comprehensive written report is then provided, summarizing findings, recommended goals, and outlining a therapeutic treatment plan.
Individualized Treatment Sessions
Individual therapy sessions are tailored to your child’s unique needs and focus on building skills through engaging, play-based activities. Sessions emphasize connection, collaboration with caregivers, and evidence-based strategies to support meaningful progress and carryover beyond the therapy setting.
Areas of specialization include:
Early Intervention: Support for infants and toddlers who need additional help reaching communication milestones.
Articulation and Phonology: Support for children who have difficulty saying certain sounds or patterns of sounds, helping them develop clearer and more accurate speech.
Expressive and Receptive Language Development: Support for children developing skills to understand language (receptive) and express their thoughts using words, sentences, and conversation (expressive).
Childhood Apraxia of Speech: Motor-based speech therapy that helps children develop the coordination and sequencing of movements needed for clear and consistent speech.
Social Pragmatic Communication: Support for children developing the social skills needed for conversation, play, and meaningful interactions with others.
Gestalt Language Processing: Neurodiversity-affirming language support for children who naturally acquire speech in longer phrases or “gestalts,” helping them develop more flexible and self-generated language over time.
Speech Therapy Parent Coaching Sessions: Parent-centered sessions that provide education and individualized strategies to help facilitate communication growth, carryover, and confidence within everyday routines and interactions at home and in the community.
Feeding Therapy Parent Coaching Sessions: Parent-centered sessions that provide education and individualized strategies to support safe, comfortable, and enjoyable eating experiences.

Social Skills and Community Access Support
This service supports children in building meaningful connections and communicating authentically across everyday environments and activities. Sessions focus on supporting social communication, shared engagement, conversational reciprocity, self-advocacy, perspective-taking, and participation in real-world interactions. By observing communication and regulation across natural contexts, sessions can be individualized to support each child’s unique communication profile, sensory preferences, interests, and ways of connecting with others. The goal is to help children feel more confident, supported, and successful engaging with others in ways that are functional and meaningful to them.
